Welcome to Apeni.co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at apeni.co ("Service") and any related services provided by Apeni.co.

3. Pay-By-Month Services

Our pay-by-month app development services are subject to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
• Service begins upon receipt of the first payment and continues until canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with 30 days notice.
• Development timelines and deliverables will be specified in a separate service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Apeni.co and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Upon full payment of all agreed-upon fees, you will receive ownership rights to the custom application developed for you, subject to any third-party licenses incorporated into the application. We retain the right to use and implement similar ideas, concepts, and features for other clients.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from our Service to create a collection, database, or directory.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use the Service to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Apeni.co, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
